History of the IntelEstate Network

The name IntelEstate was coined in 1986 by three individuals in Chicago, Illinois.

IntelEstate represents Intelligent Real Estate. The Intelligent Building including the Smart House.

In 1988 IntelEstate was taken over by Larry Hansen, (Mr. H.) the current President/CEO/Managing Member of IntelEstate Network Global, LLC. Presently living in the Philippines. In 2019 (Mr. H) moved the Nationwide Program to IntelEstate Network Global, LLC. in Sheridan Wyoming.

The Mission of the IntelEstate Network is to provide a "One Stop Shop" for clients to address or obtain all of their Electrical and Electronic Systems through one source. To be able to do this, IntelEstate created the NetAgent.Pro program which is a Nationwide Network of Licensed Electrical Contractors with the support of the IntelEstates' professional group of Electrical Engineers, Professional Electrical Engineers(PE), Architects, and Technology Consultants to be able to discuss with Clients their technology needs and requirements. IntelEstate then performs the overall Consulting, Design and Engineering of these individual systems into an inclusive package which then can be installed and serviced by a NetAgent.Pro which is a Licensed Contractor local to the Client with Experienced Electricians.

IntelEstate then performs the duties of a Project Manager and supports the NetAgent.Pro with the Installation and Programming of the systems and offers Remote Maintenance and Programming Solutions. IntelEstate also has Information Technology (IT) individuals which help with our Intelligent Building Design and Implementation specialists. IT is part of the Technivity Division of the "IntelEstate Network"
